"A client churning factory. I left this agent a few years ago because they couldn't meet my insurance needs, and didn't even try to help me find an alternative. Anh has a team of sales people and employees who don't have her competence or dedication, and she pawns her clients off onto her team. I was really disappointed with the service. Since leaving, I have been contacted by the agency multiple times, and each time I have asked to be removed from this list. They say they will, and then they call again. This is just another demonstration that this is not an agent that cares about personal connection or customer service. I would avoid them at all costs."

"Let me start by saying YES, the agent did manage to save me around $30 a month but what I am VERY disappointed about is the poor explanation to their "Drive Safe" discount. Basically you put this little device in your car AND you must allow the State farm app on your phone know your location AT ALL TIMES for what they say is an addition discount of 10%-30%. I would have never agreed if the requirements were explained to me at the beginning. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT."

"We were very satisfied customers of Gene Kim's State Farm Agency in Falls Church for many years. Anh Nguyen took it over in January 2025. That month we asked her office to fix a billing problem - our being billed for insurance on a vehicle totaled in an accident and already paid out by State Farm. Since then we have been trying unsuccessfully to get her office to act. I even went by the office and met her. Shortly thereafter, with the bill still not corrected, I finally got through their interminable voice mail system (they never answer the phone immediately and never return calls promptly - or at all). I was told the problem would be fixed and she would call me the next day. Neither thing happened. Today, a week later, her "scheduler" called. We've already moved to another agent!"
